Common questions

How do I back up my ideas?

All your ideas are stored locally on your device. To back them up, make sure iCloud Backup is enabled in your iPhone settings — this will include SparkStash's local data in your device backup.

I lost my ideas after reinstalling the app.

Uninstalling SparkStash removes all local data permanently. If you had iCloud Backup enabled before reinstalling, restoring from that backup should recover your data. If not, unfortunately we are unable to recover locally stored data as we never have access to it.

The app crashed or isn't working correctly.

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then go to Subscriptions. Find SparkStash and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple — you can request one through the App Store.
